2. Collection, processing and use of personal data

Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally. This includes: name, address, e-mail addresses, telephone number & user behavior.

2.1. Users' personal data are used for the following purposes:

  • the execution of our services, service and user performance during your visit to the website.

2.3 Personal data will be deleted in accordance with the deletion concept, provided that they have fulfilled their purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any storage obligations.


3. Collection of personal data by using the contact form
3.1 When you contact us via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and, if applicable, your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after 3 months, or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.


4. Processing of personal data for contractual purposes4.1. The club processes the following data, which was provided by the member himself to fulfill the contract: name, address, e-mail address, telephone and mobile phone number, date of birth, place of birth, gender, nationality, marital status, bank details, club access.

4.2. The personal data of the members are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

4.3. The data processing is carried out exclusively by persons who actually need it to fulfill the contract.

4.4. Personal data will be deleted in accordance with the deletion concept, provided that they have fulfilled their purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any storage obligations.

4.5 We will only transfer your data to third parties if this is necessary for essential business purposes (e.g. conducting bank transactions) or otherwise to fulfill our contractual obligations to users.

5. Collection of personal data for aspria.com & das-strandbad.de

5.1 If you only use the website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not use a contact form or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server . If you would like to view our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO ), for example:

6. Collection of personal data for aspria-boutique.com

6.1. When shopping as a non-registered user via ASPRIA BOOK & BUY (aspria-boutique.com), the following data is collected: name, e-mail address, street, zip code, city and telephone number.
When shopping after logging in as a registered member, the data from "myASPRIA" (see 4.2) is used.

In addition, data relating to your booking:
items in the shopping cart, booking date, booking number, payment method and internal invoice number.
The IP address is also stored to protect against fraud.

6.2. The purpose of this survey is to carry out online bookings.

6.3. For the payment process, you will be forwarded to our partner "3C Payment Luxembourg SA" and the data will be transferred to them.

6.4. The IP address will be deleted after 7 days. We delete all other data within "aspria-boutique" after 6 months or restrict the processing if there are statutory storage requirements.


7. Integration of Third-Party Services and Content

7.1. We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in "extended data protection mode", i. H. that no data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data specified in Section 5.1 be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission.
